We obtained this signature Budureasca blend from equal proportions of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. The Chardonnay part was fermented and aged in American and French oak barrels for up to six months, which gave the wine its unmistakable smoky accents. The wine’s color is pale straw yellow, with aromas based on pineapple and pears. The taste of tropical fruit further defines the wine, leading to a long, smooth finish on the palate.

Store in a cool, dark place, and serve at 12 – 14°C.

We recommend serving this exquisite white wine with dishes based on chicken, pasta with cheese or creamy white sauces, and seafood.
